Updated dean delegated normal merit – senate titles

Declaration of Potential Conflict of Interest in Review Files

UC-AP-COI is a new form for reviewers above the department level to complete if there is a potential conflict (chair, associate dean, dean level committee, dean, or campus level ad hoc, etc.).
