This workshop is intended for Associate Professors, Associate Professors of Teaching, Associate Professors of Clinical _, and Associate Professors in Residence. CAP will provide some opening comments focused on topics and best practices regarding merits within the Associate Professor rank and promotions to Professor. Most of the time will be devoted to answering participants’ questions.
