| Dear Recruit Analyst, We are happy to announce a new feature of AP Recruit called Conditional Documents. This new feature will allow you to request documents from applicants during various stages of the recruitment process. The goal of this new feature is to streamline collection of documents at the initial stage and allow you to request additional materials only from candidates who advance in the selection process, such as the shortlist, the proposed candidates, etc. Refer to the Conditional Documents handout for more detailed information about this new feature, including instructions on creating conditional documents.
