UCPATH Freeze: Friday, September 9, 2022 — Thursday, September 15, 2022
In accordance with guidelines issued by the Office of the President, the University of California is implementing a 4% increase to the salary scales for Ladder Rank Faculty and other academic appointees tied to the Ladder Rank scales effective October 1, 2022. At UCI, this increase will apply to both the on-scale and off-scale salaries.
Eligible Population
- Ladder Rank Professors
- Professors of Teaching (Senior/Lecturers with Potential/Security of Employment)
- Professors of Clinical ____
- Professors in Residence
- Health Sciences Clinical Professors
- Adjunct Professors
- Professorial Recalls
- Part-time faculty administrators (whose salaries are tied to their professorial appointments)
Salary Scales
The new salary scales are available on the AP Website.
The new rates for the eligible populations are now in UCPath and will be available moving forward for any transactions with an effective date of October 1, 2022 and after. Any future dated transactions with old rates already entered in UCPath will be adjusted to the new rates during the freeze period.
UCPath Freeze: The freeze only applies to the populations listed above who will have their salary plans adjusted. The freeze period is scheduled for September 9, 2022 through September 15, 2022.
