Academic Researchers, (Coordinator of Public Programs, Professional Research, Project Scientist, and Specialist series), are covered by a collective bargaining agreement between the Regents of the University of California and the International Union, United Automobile, Aerospace and Agricultural Implement Workers of America (UAW 4811).
