New Faculty Orientation – Part 1 (In-Person)

The New Faculty Orientation is intended for all new senate faculty. It consists of presentations on academic personnel review process, faculty governance, faculty diversity and inclusion, pedagogy and active learning, and graduate students. In addition, a panel of faculty will share what they wish they knew in their first year. This year’s program will be delivered in two consecutive sessions: the first will be an in-person session and the second will be an online session. Faculty are expected to attend both sessions.
