The Office of Academic Personnel is recruiting for a Senior Academic Compensation Analyst.
This position will serve as the campus subject matter expert for academic compensation and payroll in support of General Campus and Health Sciences. The analyst manages the implementation of academic salary programs including wage agreements, range adjustments, and complex compensation plans and is responsible for the independent audit, analysis, and resolution of academic compensation actions in Academic Personnel systems and Campus Payroll. This position participates in the strategic planning, analysis, and implementation of local and system-wide policies in the areas of academic compensation and payroll.
